Company Levels are a way that Thriveboards grants access permissions to users.  In essence, it describes in a very basic way who is at the top of your leadership hierachy, who is in the next group down and who is below that.

We have assigned names to system levels of Top, Leader and Team Member - but if those words don't work for you - you can change them out so that the labels (the names used throughout the system) make more sense given the structure and naming conventions within your company.

Top Level - This is the CEO or President of your Company typically.

  • Can see and edit all Company Thriveboards.
  • Can see all Team Thriveboards
  • Can see all Individual Person Thriveboards.

Leader Level - This is usually the group of people who report to your CEO or President.
  • Can see the Company Thriveboards
  • Can see all Team Thriveboards
  • Can see the Individual Person Thriveboards for self and all people who report up to this user.

Team Member or Staff Level - This is essentially everyone else.  Even if they are managers of others.

    • Can see the Company Thriveboard
    • Can only see Team Thriveboards if assigned to the team.
    • Can see the Individual Person Thriveboards for self and all people who report up to this user.

Please note that Team functionality is only available in our Premier version.
