Measures allow you to quantify and qualify whether or not you achieved each goal – including the more intangible goals you’ve set for yourself like an increase in an experience you want. Ultimately, measures will determine how to score a goal. For example, you may have wanted to add 10 new clients to your business this quarter but only managed to acquire 9 new clients. You would have reached 90% of your goal. Please see the attached PDF which describes each Measure of Success and offers an examples for when to use a particular measure.
